Emma runs regular classes suitable for everyone whether experienced or not she adapts each class to make it inclusive for all with a warm, fun, nurturing approach.
Yoga Therapy class is held every Monday 9.30-10.30 at Orchard Barn, Station Road Stallingborough

Emma is a natural healer. Her passion in life is to ease people’s (and animals) pain and suffering.
Whether that pain is physical, mental or emotional, Emma’s wide range of therapies combined with her genuine empathy and intuitive approach to her client’s healing, means she can tailor a treatment for each person who comes to see her.
Originally training in reiki over 18 years ago, Emma has continued to study and add therapies to her impressive ‘toolkit’ year after year.
Her Bowen tutor described Emma as “The most naturally gifted healer I have ever taught”.

I am based in the Northern Centre of Integrated Medicine (Orchard Barn) using a highly tailored whole body approach to medicine. You will feel the wave of relaxation as you walk into the beautiful surroundings. It has the most beautiful feel, working as a team to provide you with the best service tailored for you. We have a beautiful studio where the retreats and classes are held and a lovely shop offering Natural Products including Dr Sallys Teas and Botanicals Tinctures, Dr Hauschka Skin Care and much more.
